We may also collect business relationship information, such as client account details, workforce program context, contractor engagement information, onboarding status, compliance documentation status, communications, service requests, and Talent OS access activity where applicable.

When you use our website, we may collect technical and usage information such as device type, browser type, IP address, referring page, pages viewed, session activity, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or similar technology identifiers.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, provide workforce review conversations, support client programs, manage contractor and candidate workflows, operate Talent OS and related access controls, improve our services, maintain security, measure website performance, and comply with legal, contractual, and operational obligations.

We may use business contact information for relationship management, account support, marketing communications, event follow-up, and thought leadership distribution. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

How we share information
